I led the strategic work on the project, helping define a clearer position for Blue Ocean Trade as an expert partner in a complex industry. The task was to sharpen what the company stood for, articulate why clients should trust it, and create a stronger foundation for the identity and communication that followed. The strategic direction centered the brand around expertise, guidance, and the ability to help customers navigate a demanding and often opaque market.

The result was a more focused and differentiated brand platform that gave the business a clearer voice and presence. That thinking carried through into a visual identity built around navigation, mapping systems, coordinates, and information design, creating a distinctive expression for a company operating in a traditionally conservative space.
